Full place!
The apartment has two rooms, room 1° and room 2°.

Room2° is for rent, the other room , room 1° is locked, I have just my clothes there.
M3, M4 Subway, 2 minutes by walking, walkway street, full of restaurants, check out the video on this site! Palace District, Kálvin place. Old, traditional " bourgeoise" buildings, close to Hungarian National Múzeum and Szabó Ervin Lib

I am the landlord, I put the advertisement on the website, the room 2 is for rent, but it's became a full place, room 1 is locked
The tenant will be alone!!! 56m2, room, Private bathroom, kitchen, fridge...the HALF of the hole apartment is for rent, room 2, as a full place!
In the video uploaded , you can see the previous situation, when room 1 was occupied by me, now, is changed, tenant will be alone, nobody else will be in the apartment, just the tenant!
Unfortunately, a renovation of the building is going on, outside facade painting and roof change. There will be change of the windows of the apartment.
I hoped it will be finished by September 2026, but - not.
