The apartment overlooks the inside patio of the building therefor its very quiet with no street noise. Triple glazed modern windows with aluminium rolling blinds also help to isolate noise and improve the insulation.
The bedroom has a 140*200 double bed, built in cabinets and a small standing gallery (6m2) currently furnished as a study + wardrobe space.

In case of breaching the buildings policy with causing any disturbance with the local community I will terminate the tenancy after one warning.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, there is a common outdoor smoking and sitting area outside the apartments main door for smoking.
