The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

This fully furnished 45 m2 apartment is a practical and cosy home for anyone staying in Budapest for a few months, whether you are here for work, studies, relocation or a temporary stay.

The apartment comes with a new, comfortable bed, a living area with a sofa, wardrobe, desk and TV, plus a private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, study, work or have a quiet dinner outside.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday living, including a hob, fridge and microwave. The bathroom is bright and comes with a bathtub/shower. There is also a washing machine in the apartment, and air conditioning/mobile air conditioning for extra comfort.

The building is secure and easy to live in, with elevator access, 24/7 reception and building security. This means you can receive parcels easily, get help quickly if something happens in the apartment, and maintenance is available when needed.

For extra convenience, optional weekly cleaning and meal service are also available on site. Pets are welcome, including cats and dogs.

The area is calm but very convenient. Supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, pharmacies and public transport are all within walking distance. The city centre is easy to reach, while the neighbourhood still feels peaceful and practical for everyday life.
