The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Room description

The Room is located in a 115 m2 apartment.

IMPORTANT: The apartment is on the second floor of a classic building, WITHOUT an elevator.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc.). A washing machine is also provided.

Air conditioning is available in the living room.

The apartment also features a pleasant balcony for relaxing.

Its location is ideal, as it is close to the Opera House and surrounded by public transportation (trams 4 and 6, metro lines 3 and 1, buses 70 and 78, and just a few minutes' walk from the tram stop for lines 4 and 6).

This is Room 2 in the flat, if you see the layout you will see it identified with the number 8

UTILITIES:

- Utility costs will be based on actual consumption. If the total consumption of water + gas + electricity is higher than 250€/month the extra cost will be charged 1/4 to each room.

IMPORTANT: - A one-time administrative fee of €200 applies when renting the room (this payment is made only once upon signing the contract).

- Our apartments are rented without bed linen or a duvet (unless otherwise agreed upon in specific terms).

- All our apartments include basic Wi-Fi.

- This apartment can be rented by a group of students or professionals. Please submit an inquiry on behalf of the entire group and let us know how many people wish to rent it.
