Please note: Extra costs are 120 EUR/month, covering bills, internet, common costs, and cleaning service. Cleaning occurs twice a month. Multiple enquiries may be handled simultaneously if the studio is not available, another option may be offered. At check-in, the rental contract is signed and a deposit is collected two months rent. Utility payments, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs are managed by the landlord. Accommodation is rented only to students and contracts are available only for fixed rental periods FebruaryJuly, AugustJanuary or AugustJuly. Check-out date is agreed before leaving and the deposit is returned after inspection. This 30 m studio includes a loft bedroom with double bed, desk, chair, coffee table, sofa, armchair, duvet, pillows, sheets, and towels. The kitchen and entrance/dining area are fully equipped with wall unit, sink, fridge, dining table and chairs, dinnerware, cutlery, built-in wardrobe, and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Cleaning service is provided twice a month.
