The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment description

The apartment, located on the ground floor, combines comfort and brightness with a privileged location. The exterior living room, overlooking Calle Patrocinio, is a cozy space equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The fully equipped open kitchen connects to the dining area, which seats four people.

The modern bathroom features a shower with a glass screen, while the interior bedroom offers peace and rest, with a 1.50 x 2 meter bed, built-in wardrobe, and bedside tables, with ventilation to the building’s interior communal courtyard.

The apartment is fully accessible, with no stairs, and is equipped with central air conditioning for both cooling and heating, ensuring comfort all year round.

Access the building through its main entrance, fully accessible and step-free, which leads to a charming Cádiz-style hall/interior courtyard, from where the apartments are distributed across three floors.

To enjoy the sun and the views, guests have access to the 136 m2 communal terrace/solarium on the third floor, equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and artificial grass, a perfect space to relax outdoors.

Located in the iconic La Viña neighborhood, just steps from La Caleta beach and the castles of Santa Catalina and San Sebastián.

The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
