What you'll need
To send the request you usually only need your details and a payment method. After acceptance, the landlord may ask for an ID or passport and, in some cases, proof of income, enrollment or a guarantor.
Complete your booking on HomeStay
On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:
- ID card or passport
- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

Open to male or females.
Check in 3pm. Check out 9am.
Main floor of large bright new home with rooms in upper level for rent.
Also one large room in basement.
I am in my 60's and host adults from around the world.
My grandchildren live down the road and occasionally stop in to visit.
I am happy to give you your space or help you with transit etc.
Damage deposit is 50% of monthly rent and will be returned if no issues are present upon leave.

*If you are booking more than a week please bring your own towels and toiletries. Longer stays need to provide toilet paper and take turns washing the bathroom/their bedrooms. Those who stay long-term are expected to help me keep the common areas clean- working as a family would. I very much appreciate your consideration in these areas.
If you are only for a few days we can supply these in the same way. Please let us know before you arrive.
