Room description

Exterior single room, very quiet and ideal for studying. It is fully furnished: with a 90 cm bed; bedside table; built-in wardrobe; desk with study lamp; chair and bookshelf. It also has a portable heater. Condominium expenses and water included in the price. However, electricity and Internet will paid equally among all tenants.

The accommodation is located on the 4th floor, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. In general it is very bright and has double glazing. The living room has a television and is exterior, with all the furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator and a room for the washing machine. Located about 4 minutes walk from the train station; about 8 minutes from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; a 25 minute walk to the Faculty of Law, or 6 minutes to the city’s commercial center.

The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.
