On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Das Apartment ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Zum Möbel gehören ein Bett für zwei Personen, sowie ein ausziehbares Bettsofa ebenso für zwei Personen, ein Tisch, TV, ein Kleiderschrank, sowie Regale. Die Küche ist ebenso voll ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank, dem Geschirr, dem Backofen, dem Wasserkocher, dem Toaster, der Kaffeemaschine sowie dem Besteck. TV, schnelles Wi-Fi, Waschmaschine sowie ein Haarfön, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden. Das Stadthaus, sowie die S-Bahn und U-Bahn Haltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem gibt Supermärkte in der Nähe und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

* Stromverbrauch ist mit 55 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 32 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert.

Bei einer Überschreitung der Verbrauchsgrenze für Heizung, Wasser und Strom führt, steht dem Vermieter eine Nachzahlung zu. Der Vermieter erstellt dazu eine Abrechnung zu den im Mietvertrag festgelegten Stückkosten.

It has an open kitchen, a cozy separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The furniture includes a double bed, a double pull-out sofa bed, desk, TV, wardrobe and book shelves. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a fridge, plates, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cutlery. Fast WiFi, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. The city hall (Stadthaus), as well as the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops are in the immediate vicinity. There are also supermarkets nearby and other shopping facilities.

* Electricity consumption of 80 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 4 m3, hot water of 2 m3 per month and heating of 60 units are included in the rent.

If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment. For this purpose, the landlord shall issue a bill based on the unit costs specified in the rental agreement.
We charge a bed linen fee of 30 EUR.
