The sunny and cozy apartment is about 50 m2 in total and has a bedroom, a living room, a separate kitchen as well as a balcony.
The apartment is completely furnished and equipped. In the bedroom there is a bed for two persons and a large built-in wardrobe. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed for two persons, a desk, a TV, as well as book shelves.
In the corridor of the apartment there is another spacious built-in wardrobe.
The cozy kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishes, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cutlery.
WiFi, washing machine are provided.
The apartment has an excellent location and very good public transport connections. The Stadthaus as well as the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops are in the immediate vicinity.
