Helles 25–26 m2 Zimmer in schöner Maisonette-WG am Kreuzviertel

Zur Zwischenmiete für ein halbes Jahr: möbliertes Zimmer (ca. 25–26 m2) in einer gemütlichen Dreier-WG im Kreuzviertel. Das Zimmer bleibt komplett möbliert, nur persönliche Sachen werden entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist eine Maisonette im Hinterhaus. Unten befinden sich ein Zimmer und das Badezimmer, über die interne Treppe geht es nach oben zu Wohnzimmer, Küche und zwei weiteren Zimmern. Das zu vermietende Zimmer liegt oben und hat charaktervolle Dachschrägen mit mehreren Fenstern.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Insgesamt wohnen hier drei Studierende. Während des Vermietungszeitraums ist ein Mitbewohner durchgehend da, zwei Zimmer werden an Zwischenmieter vergeben.

Lage: Das Kreuzviertel ist eines der beliebtesten Viertel Dortmunds, mit Cafés, Kneipen und dem Westpark in Laufnähe. Direkt nebenan liegen die Haltestelle Möllerbrücke (S-Bahn und U-Bahn) sowie ein Park. Die Anbindung zur TU Dortmund ist sehr gut, sowohl per S- als auch per U-Bahn.

Ideal für Studierende oder Erasmus-Studierende, die für ein Semester eine zentrale, gut angebundene Bleibe suchen.

Im Mietpreis ist alles enthalten: Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas und WLAN. Es kommen keine zusätzlichen monatlichen Kosten auf dich zu.

Bright 25–26 m2 room in a lovely maisonette flatshare in Kreuzviertel

Available for a six-month sublet: a furnished room (approx. 25–26 m2) in a cosy three-person flatshare in Dortmund's Kreuzviertel. The room stays fully furnished; only personal belongings will be removed.

The flat is a maisonette located in the rear building. Downstairs you'll find one room and the bathroom; an internal staircase leads up to the living room, kitchen and two more rooms. The room for rent is upstairs and has characterful sloped ceilings with several windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a washing machine. Three students live here in total. During the rental period, one flatmate stays throughout, and two rooms are let to subtenants.

Location: Kreuzviertel is one of Dortmund's most popular neighbourhoods, with cafés, bars and the Westpark within walking distance. Right next door are Möllerbrücke station (S-Bahn and U-Bahn) and a park. The connection to TU Dortmund is excellent via both S-Bahn and U-Bahn.

Ideal for students or Erasmus students looking for a central, well-connected place for a semester.

All costs are included in the rent: utilities, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi. There are no additional monthly expenses.
