From the balcony and bedroom you look across the nearby sports field
toward the Elbe hillsides and the TV tower – especially beautiful in
summer with afternoon sun.

Location: Tram line 4 (stop "Alttolkewitz") 4 min on foot – about
25 min to the old town (Altstadt). Supermarkets (Lidl, Konsum)
4–6 min away. Niederpoyritz ferry just a 5–10 minute walk – quick
access to the other side of the Elbe. Perfect for commuters (TU
Dresden, University Hospital, city centre) and nature lovers.

Free street parking in front of the building – quiet cul-de-sac,
spaces usually available. 4th floor, no elevator. Smoking on the
balcony only, pets not allowed.
