The living room with large windows and comfortable couch invites you to relax after a stressful day. Furthermore the apartment has a custom made open kitchen, which was designed especially for the room. The bathroom is also up to date after the renovation.

Due to the excellent connection to public transport and the old town, work or university as well as leisure activities can be reached easily and quickly. Shopping is also easy, as Edeka is directly accessible by lift. Another highlight is the proximity to the Nordstraße, which is only a few minutes away by foot.

There is also a nearby motorway connection for career purposes. Furthermore, an underground car park is possible at an extra charge.
