On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Large sofa bed, LG OLED TV with home cinema sound system, Xbox One S, Alexa, and a robot vacuum cleaner to make your daily routine easier.

Fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fully automatic coffee machine, air fryer, contact grill, juicer, citrus press, and SodaStream. A reverse osmosis system delivers filtered drinking water straight from the tap. Plus 8 sharp brand-name knives, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.

SLEEPING & WORKING
High-quality box spring bed with topper. By the window facing the terrace is a height-adjustable desk with monitor, keyboard, and ergonomic office chair, also ideal for long home office days. Iron, ironing board, clothes steamer, hairdryer, and towels are provided.

Rent is all-inclusive: utilities, heating, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included. The apartment is intended for a temporary stay. Those who already have a residence registered in Germany do not need to re-register. There is no private mailbox; please direct mail to a Packstation or to your employer.
