GENERAL
In our large, bright ground floor apartment you live in the countryside in the middle of a large, beautifully overgrown natural property. Here you can go on vacation AND work - in a separate, modern office.
The 120m² apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area, surrounded by green gardens and old trees. You don't have any parking problems here.
All everyday necessities can be found within walking distance. There are good bus and transport connections.
THE APARTMENT
Especially the spacious living room is flooded with light through the large windows, it is tastefully furnished and has access to a large terrace with a sun awning. Both the large dining table and the HUGE COUCH invite you to sit comfortably together. The 4K Smart TV and the ELECTRIC FIREPLACE embellish the cozy evenings. The view from the large windows is wonderful because you are surrounded by beautiful greenery.
HOME OFFICE: Next to the living room is a spacious office with a large desk and a comfortable office armchair. WiFi is everywhere in the apartment.
The original bistro kitchen is lovingly furnished in retro style and fully equipped with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, built-in stove with ceramic hob, oven and grill and modern head-free exhaust hood. Of course everything else is available that you need in a kitchen (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...).
The large hallway has a beautiful arched passage to the rear and is equipped with spacious cupboards.
The bathroom is completely modern tiled and has a large daylight window. In addition to a toilet and bathtub, it offers a separate, glass-enclosed shower and a large towel dryer and is equipped with modern bathroom furniture.
There is also a separate guest toilet with a washbasin and daylight window.
The other 3 rooms also have large windows and are comfortably and comfortably furnished. One of the rooms has a large double bed 180 x 200. Rooms 2 and 3 each have a DESK and a comfortable sofa bed (extended 160 x 190) with a bed box, on which you can comfortably lie as a couple.
All rooms can be completely darkened by shutters if necessary.
