The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Room 4 | Double room with private balcony | Cubo Rooms Olhão

Furnished 14 m2 private room for up to two guests, with a double bed and a private balcony. The room has a wardrobe, TV, fan, fridge and a lock on the bedroom door. There is no air conditioning. Couples are welcome. Pets may be accepted on request in this room, subject to confirmation and an extra fee of €7.50 per night.

Private room at Cubo Rooms Olhão

The apartment has four private bedrooms with lockable doors, a shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms. You are booking one private room, not the whole apartment.

Wi-Fi, water, electricity and gas are included. Bed linen and towels are provided. Extra changes of bed linen and towels during your stay are available on request for an additional charge.

The shared kitchen has a hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, kitchenware and washing machine. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the shared bathrooms.

The apartment is on the third floor without a lift. Free public street parking is available in front of the building and behind it, about one minute away on foot, subject to availability.

Self check-in is available from 15:00. Access instructions are provided before arrival. Check-out is by 11:00. Please respect the shared spaces and the other guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
