This apartment is suitable for 6 people and it is composed of a large living room with an open kitchen, a beautiful balcony that runs all around the residence, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The offered single room, small but well organized, complete with wardrobe 2 mirror doors, desks, and single bed, with private access to the balcony. The residence has plasma TV in the living room, vacuum cleaner, balcony, wi-fi, washing machine. All comfort is available to make you feel home :)

This property located in BORGO OGNISSANTI AREA, right in front of the polymodal at 4 minutes walk from the S.M.N. station, very central area. The neighborhood is well served by amenities: shops, restaurants, supermarket and bars, and it is super connected to the different part of Florence by public transportation.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY: the price of 580 euro included all bills , ( € 450 RENT PRICE +€130 ELETTRICITY AND WATER AND wifi+condominium)+not included the air conditionair for the summer .

This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated in the office time , assistance during the entire period of stay.

- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE DI HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 1160 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
