Beautiful apartment, in a private complex in the center of Florence, offers you a single bed in a shared bedroom. It is rented only FOR FEMALE STUDENT and it has a very quiet atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished 2 single beds, wardrobes, desks, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. All comfort is available for you to make feels like home :) The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a large living room, a double room on the 2nd floor with the large SINGLE-use bed inhabited by a student girl from the Italian Academy, very quiet outside the room, and another room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

This property is located in Via San Zanobi, a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo of Florence. All shops, restaurants, markets, bars, and landmark are within walking distance. Public transportation is the best here and it connects all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
The monthly rent of 370 euro includes expenses for Wi-FI and Utilities.

EXPENSES TO PAY ONLY ONCE:
- AGENCY FEE: a fee of € 302 will be requested at the entrance, to be paid only once.
This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated to assistance during the entire period of stay.

- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE DI HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 820 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
