🌊 Discover the charm of Recco from this spacious ocean-view apartment with a private garden, located just 15 minutes from the train station. It’s a wonderful base for exploring the beauty of the Ligurian Riviera while enjoying a peaceful home away from the crowds.

✨ This comfortable four-room apartment offers plenty of space for up to 5 guests, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and host assistance from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. I look forward to welcoming you to my home!

🚗 Please note that the road leading to the apartment is narrow, approximately 2.5 meters wide, and uphill. It is not recommended for large vehicles. The outdoor parking area is located on private property but is not secured by a gate.

⚠️ The apartment is not recommended for young children unless they are under close and constant adult supervision. The garden is unfenced and situated on a sloping area, which may present a risk of falling. Guests staying with children are therefore asked to take particular care and ensure appropriate supervision at all times.

🛏️ The apartment features two comfortable double bedrooms, while the sofa bed in the living room allows the property to accommodate up to 5 guests. The spacious living area includes two separate seating spaces with sofas and armchairs, as well as a dedicated dining area where you can enjoy meals together.

🍳 The fully equipped kitchen includes four burners, an oven, refrigerator, and freezer, along with a moka pot, coffee, cups, and espresso cups. Everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy a relaxed breakfast is at your fingertips.

🚿 The bathroom comes with a shower, essential toiletries, and a set of towels for each guest. For year-round comfort, the apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and heating.
