The neighbourhood comes with a special charm. Multiple services, restaurants and cafes. Ideal for getting around on foot, car, bus, taxi, bicycle or electric vehicle rental.
Respect the rules of coexistence and the sleeping schedule of the neighbours. Special care with noise, especially when moving through the common areas of the building.
The old town can be accessed normally until 9:00 p.m., having to pay to park on the street. Right in front of the apartment, you can stop for a few minutes to unload suitcases. From 9:00 p.m. you can enter but you cannot stay inside for more than an hour and you cannot park on the street. There is a public parking lot inside, if you park there there are no restrictions. However, the apartment is right on the edge at the bottom of the case so you can park outside and walk.

- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
