Located in the heart of the centre of the city, on Paseo de Begoña. Area with many services, restaurants, and cafes. Ideal for getting around on foot, although you can also use public transport, ta(hidden) rent motorcycles, scooters or electric cars.

Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
