Located a few meters from San Lorenzo Beach. Very central area ideal to enjoy Gijón and its beaches. Area with hospitality, shops, and supermarkets. Ideal for getting around on foot, due to its location. Several parking lots are nearby.
The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected. Take special care when moving through common areas.

- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
