What you'll need

On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

On weekends, I like to make the most of them. I am happy to offer the occasional drop off if needed and share some meals.
I am 4.5 kms to Broadbeach/Pacific Fair and 8 kms to Bond University, 25 min drive to Griffith University, 40 min drive to airport.
Townhouse - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room, loungeroom, kitchen, dining room, laundry. I live on a golf course in Carrara. The complex has security gates only accessible with a pass key. There are 4 swimming pools, basketball court and cricket pitch. Bus is short walk.
I am offering a single bedroom with 2 x king single beds, or I also have a converted garage with own entrance to house with queen bed. This room has a fan and sliding door with security door entrance.
Internet is not very good so I cannot provide. Phones work fine.
Payment is 15% booking fee of the price of the total stay to confirm booking. Balance on arrival or as agreed via paypal or cash. Payment is 1 week in advance.
