The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Room description

A nice bedroom 6 sqm in a duplex apartment. Linen, towels and cleaning are included. The room is furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. An additional wardrobe in the hall. A small desk is right outside the bedroom.

You and a female student will share the ground floor of the apartment with a living room furnitured with a sofa and two armchairs, a balcony of your own and a toilet with a shower.

Cleaning of the room and common spaces every second week included. The kitchen is on the lower floor. My room is on the upper floor with a toilet, a shower and a rooftop terrace. You has access to the terrace. There is a common laundry in the house with washing machines, a drying cabinet and a tumbler drier.

The room is located in an area called Stampen in central Gothenburg, a 14-minute walk to the Central Station or a 4-min bus or tram ride from the nearby bus stop. 15 minutes with a tram to The School of Business, Economics and Law. 10 minutes to the Chalmers University of Technology and 15 minutes to Lindholmen. There are several restaurants and pubs in the area.

Home insurance will be included if you get a Swedish social security number at Skattemyndigheten otherwise, you have to have your own insurance.

The rent is paid one (1) month in advance via the payment system of Housing Anywhere. The deposit will be returned when moving out via your local bank as it's not possible with a payout via Housing Anywhere. It's very important with a clean and calm environment, no parties but you can invite your friends for dinner or only socialising.

Heating and electricity are included in rent as an estimated cost based on last year's consumption. Electricity comes with a fixed rate but heating costs might rise if the sanctions on Russia continue.
