We now rent a room to a quiet, pet-free and non-smoking man. The apartment is about 135 sqm, you share a kitchen, dining room, toilet / shower and an extra toilet with five other tenants. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and a washing / drying machine. The rooms are private with private key and furnished with bed, desk, chair, mirror, bookshelf and wardrobe. The price includes water, electricity and internet. Ready to move in.

The residence is centrally located in Gothemburg with views over the city. It takes 5 min by train to the central station and 10 min walk to Liseberg/Korsvägen and Scandinavium. There are bicycle racks to dispose of and the bus and tram stop is just around the corner. The property is pet-free and smoke-free and for everyone's comfort we do not allow visits from relatives or friends.

Vi hyr nu ut ett rum i lägenhet till en lugn, djurfri och rökfri man. Våningen är på ca 135 kvm. Du delar på kök, matsal, toalett/dusch och en extra toalett med 5 andra. Köket är fullt utrustad med husgeråd och tvätt och torkmaskin. Rummet är privat med egen nyckel och inredd med säng, skrivbord, stol, spegel, bokhylla och garderob. I priset ingår vatten, el och internet. Färdigt för att flytt(hidden)ostaden ligger centralt i Göteborg med utsikt över staden. Det tar ca 5 min med tåg till Centralstationen och 10 min gångavstånd till Liseberg/Korsvägen och Scandinavium. Det finns cykelställ att disponera av, buss och spårvagnshållplatsen är endast runt hörnet. Fastigheten är djur och rökfri och för allas trevnad tillåter vi inte besök från anhöriga eller vänner.
