The landlord accepts and payment is made

Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Se alquila apartamento dúplex ideal para estudiantes.
En la planta superior dispone de un dormitorio pequeño con cama de matrimonio, armario y con un pequeño patio exterior.
Cocina equipada y un acogedor salón con dos sofás y televisión.
Mediante una escalera de caracol se accede a la planta inferior, donde se encuentra el cuarto de baño con ducha y una pequeña habitación de estudio con mesa de trabajo.
A la planta de abajo se accede por la escalera de caracol o por acceso directo desde las escaleras del edificio.

On the upper floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a small outdoor patio.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with two sofas and a television.
A spiral staircase leads to the lower floor, where you will find a bathroom with a shower and a small study room with a work desk. The lower floor can be accessed either via the spiral staircase or directly from the building’s main stairway.

À l’étage supérieur, il y a une petite chambre avec un lit double, une armoire et un petit patio extérieur.
La cuisine est équipée et le salon, chaleureux, dispose de deux canapés et d’une télévision.
Un escalier en colimaçon mène à l’étage inférieur, où se trouvent la salle de bain avec douche et un petit bureau avec un plan de travail. L’étage inférieur est accessible soit par l’escalier en colimaçon, soit directement depuis la cage d’escalier de l’immeuble.
