If you have not yet signed your contract, you can cancel it free of charge.

If you’ve signed the contract, you can cancel it up to one month before the start date. Upon approval of the cancellation request, you will be charged the € 50 reservation fee. The deposit and studio fee will be refunded within 30 days.

<div class="toggle-collapse-content">If you wish to cancel your contract less than a month before the start date of your contract, this will only be possible if you have a compelling reason and valid proof for it.&nbsp;A compelling reason typically refers to an unforeseen situation beyond the resident&rsquo;s control. Examples include:<br> <ul> <li>Medical reasons, supported by a doctor&rsquo;s note or medical certificate.</li> <li>Academic changes, such as withdrawal from university or a change in study program, supported by documentation from the institution.</li> </ul> <p>Upon approval of the cancellation request, you will be charged &euro; 50 for the reservation fee and the first month&rsquo;s studio fee. <p>If you want to terminate the contract earlier than the contract end date, this will only be possible if you have a compelling reason and valid proof for it.</p> <p>A compelling reason typically refers to an unforeseen situation beyond the resident&rsquo;s control. Examples include:</p> <ul> <li>Medical reasons, supported by a doctor&rsquo;s note or medical certificate.</li> <li>Academic changes, such as withdrawal from university or a change in study program, supported by documentation from the institution.</li> </ul> <p>Upon approval of the early termination request, a one-month notice period applies.&nbsp;This means that you will be allowed to stay in the complex for one month after the date on which you submitted the application.&nbsp;You will be charged an early termination fee of &euro; 990, along with the payment of the studio fee until the new end date.<br><br>You can find someone to take over the agreement under the same conditions to avoid the early termination fee. The takeover process will incur an administration fee of &euro; 250.<br><br>If the early termination request is not approved, you must pay the studio fee until the end of the contract.
