The Apartment is located in the west side of the center of Graz. The apartment is just 15 minutes walk away from the famous town (Hauptplatz) hall square, 5 minutes walk from Kunsthaus, the Murinsel and Lendplatz.
There is also very good infrastructure. The next public transportation is in front of the building (Griesplatz) from the apartment located. The apartment is very quiet because the apartmentis located on the 5th floor with elevator. Next to the apartment are shops, parks, doctors and a lot of public space.
