Apartment description

We offer a modern 79 square metre flat in a two-family house in a quiet central location. The flat is located in the favoured district of Emst in a quiet residential street.

The flat is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The kitchen area is rounded off with a dining area (solid wooden table + four leather chairs).

The living room area consists of two sofas, which can be converted into beds if required. The living room area is rounded off by a sofa table and a TV corner. The highlight of the living room is the free-standing fireplace.

The bedroom area is separated from the living room area by a wall unit (with room divider), which offers sufficient space. The bedroom has a large and cosy box-spring bed.

The bathroom is a spacious daylight bathroom with a shower tray. The bathroom also has a towel radiator and storage space.

A travel cot (from Hauck) and a high chair can be provided on request with prior notice.

The flat (on the top floor) was built as part of a subsequent extension in 2013 with an open-plan living space concept. Great importance was attached to a high standard. For example, the beams in the attic were exposed and refurbished for visual reasons. The flat has parquet flooring in the living and sleeping areas.
