Die Wohnung verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und eine voll ausgestattete eigene Küche.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Hagen (Märkische Straße in 58135 Hagen).
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in 10min Umkreis fußläufig in reichlicher Auswahl zu finden (u. a. LIDL, Rewe).
Zur Autobahn A1 / A45 geht es in fünf bzw. zehn Minuten.
