Geboten wird eine zentrale und dennoch ruhige Unterkunft in Hannover. Im Herzen der Oststadt, befindet sich die Wohnung in einem 6- Parteien Haus in einem Hinterhof. Bis zum HBF sind es 5 Gehminuten oder eine Station mit der Bahn. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Herd, Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr wie z.B. ein weiß gefliestes Tageslichtbad mit Wanne. Handtücher werden gerne gestellt, Bettwäsche ebenso. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und verfügt über TV und Gratis WLAN und leckeren Nespresso Kaffee.
Ein gemütlicher Innenhof kann genutzt werden. In der Umgebung befinden sich Kaffees, Restaurants, schöne kleine Läden, Flair, Ruhe und Trubel(je nachdem was man sucht). 100 Meter neben der Wohnung befindet sich die Haltestelle Sedanstraße/Lister Meile, von dort aus kommt man in 1 Minute via Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz für 100€/ monatlich zu buchen.

We offer a central yet quiet accommodation in Hannover. In the heart of the eastern city, the apartment is in a 6-party house in a backyard. The main station is a 5-minute walk or a train ride. The apartment has a kitchen with a large fridge, cooker, coffee machine and much more such. a white tiled daylight bathroom with tub. Towels are provided, bed linen as well. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has TV and free Wi-Fi and delicious Nespresso coffee.
A cozy courtyard can be used. In the area there are coffees, restaurants, nice little shops, flair, peace and bustle (depending on what you are looking for). 100 meters next to the apartment is the stop Sedanstraße / Lister Meile, from there you can get in 1 minute via train to the main station.
There is the possibility to book a parking space for 100 € / month.
