Cosy furnished studio in central Helsinki

This compact, fully furnished 14 m2 studio is located on Malminkatu in the heart of Helsinki, just a short walk from the city centre and with excellent public transport connections. Despite its central location, the apartment faces a quiet inner courtyard, offering a peaceful place to stay.

The apartment is thoughtfully designed to make good use of the available space. It features a 120 cm wide loft bed, leaving the area underneath available for living and dining. Please note that access to the bed is via a ladder, so the apartment may not suit guests with limited mobility.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and longer stays. It includes a conventional oven, a portable induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and other basic kitchen utensils.

The apartment also has its own washing machine and fast Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, so the apartment is ready for you to move in.

Please note that this is a very compact apartment and storage space is limited. There is only a small amount of wardrobe/cupboard space, so it is best suited for one person or someone travelling with a moderate amount of belongings rather than large amounts of luggage.

The apartment is ideal for a student, visiting professional, intern or anyone looking for a small, private and well-equipped home in a very central Helsinki location.
