The landlord accepts and payment is made

Room description

A shared flat for rent in a good neighbourhood by the sea in Lehtisaari, Helsinki. Walking distance from the Otaniemi campus of Aalto University. The flat has 5 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen with high quality appliances (Gaggenau, Bosch etc.), washing machine and dryer, 2 big balconies with sea view, sauna, bathroom/WC, and a separate WC.

This advert is for the Room 3 - please see the layout drawing. The room 3 is furnished with wardrobe, a 120 cm wide bed, desk and chair.

All rooms are available from August 2026. Working or studying people preferred. Great for Erasmus or PhD students of Aalto.

There is a utility charge of 45€/month which includes electricity, water and WiFi. All other utilities (heating, garbage etc.) are included in rent. Possibility for a parking lot (7 EUR/month) or garage (50 EUR/month).

There is a grocery store and a bus stop just 100m away. Good bus connections to Helsinki city center (15min) and Otaniemi (2min) & Tapiola (10min). Close to Aalto campus and Keilalahti/Keilaniemi offices. The nearby subway station (1 km away) provides fast and frequent connection to Helsinki and Espoo.
