The landlord accepts and payment is made

Room description

Furnished room in a neat female-only shared apartment located within walking distance from Pasila train station (2min walk). The monthly rent is inclusive of water, electricity, heating, internet and TV. No insurance is required. The refundable security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.

The size of the rooms is 8 Sq.M and in addition, the tenants have 29 Sq.M of common area: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and living room. The apartment appliances and furniture include: a TV, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/board, vacuum cleaner, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.

The building's facilities include a sauna (free once a week), swimming pool and a bicycle storage. You will find all necessary daily services within a brief walking distance. Great public transportation options that include trains, trams and buses. Most suitable for students and/or employees residing in neighboring towns.

Pasila hosts Mall of Tripla, which is the largest mall in Northern Europe in terms of number of outlets. The mall has over 250 stores including indoor surfing and volleyball, bars, restaurants and a movie theater and is located within short walking distance from our apartments.
