This very neat and cozy apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything (e.g. bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, ironing board, iron etc.).
In the basement you can park your bike. There is also the coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated tumble dryer.

The balcony (south-west facing) faces the beautiful green area of the property.
