Apartment description

Stylish, bright and airy flat on the outskirts of Kassel. The large living-dining room is furnished with a comfortable sofa (convertible in a double bed), a smart TV and a large desk. It has direct access to the garden with an idyllic pond and a private outdoor seating area. The flat has a 30m2 garden area that can be used for barbecues or chilling out. The cosy bedroom has a queen-size bed and a second, smaller desk. The small kitchen is perfectly equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. Two supermarkets and bakeries as well as the bus connection to the ICE train station Wilhelmshöhe or Holländische Straße (travel time approx. 11 minutes each) are in the immediate vicinity; the local shopping centre with butchers, other bakeries, pharmacies, fashion shops etc. and a weekly market can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The Habichtswald forest, where you can hike for hours, is also just a few walking minutes away.
