The landlord accepts and payment is made

Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment description

Spacious light flooded apartment between Klettenbergpark and Beethovenpark.

The tram station Klettenbergpark No. 18 is only some steps away and will take you into the city center.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. You can just bring your suitcase and feel at home.

The kitchen has all you need and includes a washing machine.

There is a nice terrace where you can enjoy the summer.

The rent includes all the bills except of the broadcasting fees. WiFi is included.

The listed price is for one person. The surcharge is 149 € per month for the second person.

There is a terrace with garden. If you take care of it, there is no surcharge at moving out. Otherwise it's 150€ for a gardener.
