Bright 70 sqm maisonette apartment with 3 rooms, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom/WC. The apartment is handed over fully furnished, so you can simply move in with your suitcase: there is a large, comfortable double bed, a TV, and fast Wi-Fi. Additionally, a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and refrigerator. The fully equipped kitchen is ideally appointed and includes, among other things, a contact grill. There is a spacious shower. Every room is generously equipped with infrared heaters.

Location

The apartment is located on Vietorstraße in Cologne-Kalk. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous shopping opportunities (Köln Arcaden), supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants for your daily needs. A cinema is just around the corner. With public transport (S-Bahn and Stadtbahn within walking distance, Kalk Post underground station and Trimbornstraße S-Bahn station), you are perfectly connected and can reach Cologne city center and the main train station directly.

Other

The sublease period runs from December 20 to February 28 (which is 2 months and 12 days). The rent for the entire period is €2,200. The deposit is €1,200. The sublet takes place completely officially via a proper sublease agreement. Please understand that pets are not allowed. Since I will have a few plants in the apartment during my absence, it would be great if you could water them from time to time.
