Ideal location for Jagiellonian University students and people working in nearby corporations. Tram stop right next to the block, getting to the university takes a few minutes.

Recently renovated apartment. Furnished to a nice standard. Area 69m2, 2 bathrooms - each with shower and toilet. 5 single rooms.

- 2 min to the Chmieleniec stop with trams and buses to the Jagiellonian University campus (1 stop) and directly to the market square (about 20 minutes)
- plenty of restaurants and shops nearby

- comfortable sofa bed with a container for bedding
- desk with a comfortable office chair
- sliding wardrobe with a mirror
- day/night roller blinds installed in the windows

Apartment equipment:
