This is an apartment of 3 spacious bedrooms located in a stylish historical building with a view on the Old Town. There is an air conditioning system in each bedroom of the apartment. There are 2 extra sofa-beds available upon request.

A brand new mattress (160x200 cm) was purchased in January 2023 (not viewable in the picture).

The bedroom advertised is huge (there are 2 beds) and fully furnished.
This bedroom is the biggest room of the apartment (1st room of the left side from the main entrance).
The place is fully equipped as well with iron, iron desk, microwave, wardrobes with hangers and all sort of kitchen tools.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
