The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

The bedroom is located in an apartment 3 bedrooms in the heart of Kraków, just between the Jewish district and the Old Town.
Description of the place: hallway with small corridor, living room with a kitchen annex, bedroom (new room on the left side), bedroom (new room on the left side), bedroom (right side), external balcony, big bathroom.

The bedroom in this description is the first room on the left side (the furniture are from 2020).

The place is just few seconds walk from the tram and bus stops Stradom and Starowiślna.
There is a lovely balcony in the apartment.

There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rental.

There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants (only if previously requested). The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rental.
Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
