Located on the island of Funen, this is the main campus and is situated on the outskirts of Odense, in the area known as Odense M. Classes are held in the five faculties of the institution, which are:
This campus is located in the Danish capital, in the historic district called Middelalderbyen. Its facilities are located very close to one of the campuses of the University of Copenhagen, so it is an area that is usually crowded with students. It used to be the National Institute of Public Health (NIPH), so the classes taught here are related to the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Located in Slagelse, on the island of Zealand, this campus is next to the main train station in the city centre. Various faculties of SDU hold classes here.
This campus is located in the centre of Kolding, in the harbour area alongside other higher education institutions. It houses several departments of SDU, including:

The following are some of the neighbourhoods you may consider:
These two neighbourhoods in Odense have different advantages. On one hand, the Odense M campus of SDU is in Odense M, so living there will allow you to be close to the institution. On the other hand, from Odense C (the city centre) you can reach that campus in about 15 minutes by tram, so you will also be close to it. Additionally, in Odense C you will be closer to the leisure spots frequented by young people.
This neighbourhood is the centre of the Danish capital and is one of the liveliest areas of the city. It has many leisure and dining options, as well as being home to many of the most visited places of interest by students and tourists. Here, specifically in the Middelalderbyen area, is the Copenhagen Campus of SDU, so it is ideal for young people who are going there.
The campuses located in these Danish cities are in central neighbourhoods, so living in that area is ideal to be close to them. In addition, being small cities, you will also have easy access to the leisure and dining spots frequented by students.
The institution offers accommodation for international students in four out of its five locations. You can choose between a room that is part of the student residences (called "kollegium"), a room that is part of a private apartment or house, or a complete apartment for yourself or to share
