The quiet and bright attic apartment is split over two floors including a rooftop terrace which offers morning and evening sun. It is located very close to the river and has an amazing view at the Pöstlingberg. The loft-like layout offers a great way of living, with a cosy communal kitchen and a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of uptown Linz. The apartment has been decorated in a modern style and with a full equipped new kitchen, a storage room with a washing machine and a modern bathroom with separate toilet.
The entire apartment has a controllable heating. The entrance door is equipped with an electronic door lock which allows a door opening and locking by smartphone. A central WLAN router guaranteed a super-fast internet connection.
Your room:
The approx. 9,5m2 single room is fully furnished offers a wonderful view over the city of Linz. The lockable private room is equipped with a desk incl. swivel armchair and a Queen Size bed (120/200) with a comfortable pocket spring mattress and storage space.
Thanks to shutters, the room remains pleasantly cool even in summer, so it offers a perfect atmosphere for sleep and study or home office.

Zur Verfügung stehen 4 WG-Zimmer in verschiedenen Größen, im Dachgeschoss eines 7-Parteihauses inkl. Gemeinschaftsgarten und optionalen Tiefgaragenstellplatz.
Die Zimmer wie auch die Gemeinschaftsräume sind vollmöbliert und stehen ab Mitte März zum Einzug bereit.

Die Wohnung:
Die ruhige und helle 94m2 Dachgeschoßwohnung aufgeteilt auf zwei Geschoßen inkl. Dachterrasse, die sowohl Mittags- als auch Abendsonne bietet, liegt in Reichweite der Donau und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Pöstlingberg. Die loftartige Raumaufteilung bietet ein großartiges Wohngefühl, mit gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsküche und herrlicher Dachterrasse mit Blick über den Dächern des Villenviertels von Linz. Die Wohnung wurde stilgemäß im schlichten weiß eingerichtet und bietet von einer voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche, Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine über ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, wie einem getrennten WC alles für ein sowohl Privates als auch gesellschaftliches WG-Leben.
Zur Technik:
Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über mittels Raumthermostat steuerbarer Zentralheizung. Die Wohnungseingangstüre wurde mit einem elektronischen Türschloss ausgestattet, welches eine Tür-Öffnung und Verriegelung mittels Smartphones ermöglicht. Mittels zentralen WLAN-Router verfügt die gesamte WG eine superschnelle Internetverbindung.
