Welcome! Here you will stay in a lovingly furnished apartment. The apartment combines the quality standard of a hotel with the coziness and comfort of your own apartment. The apartment measures around 48 square meters, is fully furnished and has high-quality, modern equipment. In the living room there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a cozy dining/work area and access to the balcony (east side). High-speed WLAN and a Smart TV are available. The bathroom with its bathtub invites you to relax after a busy day. An additional storage room serves as a dressing room and is equipped with a washing machine. The apartment is located in a spacious residential complex and guarantees a quiet night without street noise. It is on the mezzanine floor and can therefore be reached via a few steps. A parking space belongs to the apartment, which is only a few meters away from the house entrance and is already included in the rent. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted. The listed residential buildings, originally built as barracks, were completely renovated in 2008/2009 and brought up to the standard of today's and future living requirements. In keeping with the excellent inner-city location and the park-like green areas with mature trees, the residential complex is characterized by a high level of living comfort. The spacious arrangement of the residential buildings in the green area creates a villa-like development and use. Due to the central location, you can also easily reach public transportation on foot. The transport infrastructure is very good, with five streetcar and three bus lines running through the district. The city center can therefore be reached in just a few minutes. The Sudenburg regional train station is also just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities and everyday necessities are also available within walking distance.
