You are looking for a fully furnished flat in a quiet but yet central location? Then it´s your lucky day! A cute and sunny appartment, which got freshly renovated and furnished for you including a private terrace!

Apartment:
Through the hallway, which is equipped with a spacious shoe cabinet, a practical shelve and a wardrobe, you enter the bathroom on the left. There you will find a toilet, shower with shower stall, sink with mirror and light, as well as a washing machine and storage space in the wall cabinet behind the door. Small things such as a clothes horse and laundry basket have of course also been thought of.
The living room is equipped with a couch, fold out for one person to use as a guest couch, a dining table and chairs, as well as shelves and cabinets.
The kitchen has a ceramic stove with oven and of course pots, crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettle, cutting boards, oven mitts etc.
On the terrace, which can be used exclusively, a working day can be ended comfortably.
In the bedroom, next to the 1.6m bed, there is a desk for home office days. In addition, the large closet with a large mirrored door provides ample storage space for clothes. Clothes hangers are also provided. Bed linen as well as blankets are available for two people.
