EVERYTHING YOU NEED, ALL IN ONE PLACE
Your private studio comes fully furnished with a comfortable 140 cm bed, your own bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with everyday essentials, including plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs, pots, and pans.
Enjoy a Smart TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies using your own streaming services.
Wi-Fi, electricity, water, access to our shared spaces, and our 24/7 gym are all included in your stay.
On-site laundry facilities are available for an additional fee, and access to a nearby coworking centre can be added for those looking for a dedicated place to study or work.

Your fully furnished studio with all everyday essentials included. Perfect if you prefer to bring your own bedding and take care of your own cleaning.

- CLEAN & SIMPLE PACKAGE – A LITTLE EXTRA COMFORT
Enjoy everything included in Room Only, plus weekly cleaning of your studio. Ideal for students who want a little extra convenience during their stay.

- FRESH START PACKAGE – SETTLE IN WITH EASE
Make moving in even easier! This package includes your fully furnished studio, duvet, pillows, bed linen, and weekly cleaning, so you can settle in comfortably from day one.
Please note: Towels are not included.

FLEXIBLE MOVE-IN, SIMPLE STUDENT LIVING
No need to wait until the beginning of the month! Move in when it suits your study schedule, even mid-month.
GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
A valid student card or admission letter is required before check-in.
A refundable security deposit of SEK 10,000 is required, subject to the terms of your stay.
The first month's payment and security deposit must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. Subsequent monthly payments are due no later than 14 days before the start of each month.
A mandatory departure cleaning fee of SEK 1,500 applies to all student bookings.
