The landlord accepts and payment is made

Information regarding the contract and deposit:
In order to schedule a check in time and to hand you the key of your new home, we would need to receive the deposit (2 month's rent, 1 month's rent for 1 month booking) at our bank account.
After the booking on the platform, you will receive a booking confirmation on which you will find our bank account in order to pay the deposit. The deposit should be paid within 72 hours after booking the flat via Housing Anywhere. Once the deposit will hit our bank account you will receive another e-mail with the check in information. Please keep in mind that international transfers could take few business days, therefore we suggest you to transfer the deposit as soon as you receive the confirmation e-mail from us. Please be aware that the check in will not take place, befoer the deposit hits our bank account.

End cleaning fee of 50€ will be deducted from the deposit by the end of your stay!
