Apartment description

I am offering our beautiful, fully furnished 2-room apartment in a great neighborhood for temporary rent from 01.02.2027 - 25.04.2027.

The apartment is approx. 72 sqm and is divided into a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and a large living and dining area. It offers everything needed for comfortable daily living.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a partially covered terrace and a garden with a lawn and flower beds.

The Dortmund-Ems Canal is only approx. 3 minutes' walk away.
The nearest bus stop (connection to HBF MS only approx. 15 minutes) is directly in front of the house. The main train station and the wonderfully beautiful city center of Münster can be reached within 15 minutes by bike.

The apartment is very bright due to the large windows in three directions. We currently live in it with 2 people and an allergy-friendly cat (Maine Coon); however, this will also move out during the temporary rental period. The scratching post and everything else concerning the animal will also be removed.

The apartment is rented fully furnished. We will still take some smaller pieces of furniture with us.
