Apartment description

The nice 1-room flat with approx. 30 sqm living space is located in the beautiful Münster district of Roxel. It has been freshly renovated. The bathroom is completely new and has a large shower. The flat is located on the ground floor/high ground floor of a three-storey apartment building.

In the large living room and bedroom there is a new kitchenette with 2 hotplates. Separately there is a new fridge with icebox and a new microwave, which can also be used as an oven. A balcony facing east completes the flat.

Everything is fully furnished and equipped. With a 1-person bed and a sofa bed. Of course, a bicycle should not be missing in the cycling capital of Münster, so one is provided free of charge. A car parking space on the property and a storage room in the attic are also included.

Roxel is located in the west of Münster. The nearest bus stop is less than 150 metres away. The Roxel train station, from where you can reach Münster's main station by train in 11 minutes, is 1.5 km away.

Münster University Hospital (UKM) is only about 5 km away and thus also easily accessible by bike. Münster's city centre is about 7 km away. Everything you need for everyday life can be reached within a few minutes' walk.

Note: Primarily the apartment is suitable for one person. There is a second sleeping place with the sofa bed, but it is suitable for occasional rather than permanent use.
