The landlord accepts and payment is made

Estudio de 40 metros, recién reformado, en una parcela ajardinada en urbanización Los Vientos no 110, en Molina de Segura, a cinco minutos en coche del Campus de Espinardo o diez de Murcia capital, cinco minutos caminando de parada de autobús. A quince minutos caminando hasta Molina de Segura. Tiene una entrada independiente desde una parcela común, donde también viven los propietarios. No hay perros.
Un solo espacio, cuarto de baño independiente, cocina, un gran armario, cama de 135 cm. cómodo sofá, aire acondicionado para frío y calor y todo el equipamiento necesario para una estancia confortable.
Tiene contador de agua y electricidad, el precio de los gastos va en función del consumo. Wifi gratuito.
El precio estándar para una persona es de 650 € mensuales. Un huésped adicional supone 50€ más por mes.
Pago adelantado entre los días uno y tres de cada mes. Depósito de 650 €.
La casa se entrega en perfecto estado de limpieza y funcionamiento. La casa se desinfecta a fondo 24 horas previa la entrada del huésped, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos para la prevención del COVID 19.
Debe finalizar el periodo de alojamiento en las mismas condiciones. Limpiezas adicionales durante la estancia 30€, opcionales, previa solicitud.

40-square-meter studio, newly renovated, on a landscaped plot in Los Vientos residential development num. 110, in Molina de Segura, five minutes by car from the Espinardo Campus or ten minutes from Murcia city center, five minutes’ walk from a bus stop. Fifteen minutes’ walk to Molina de Segura. It has an independent entrance from a shared plot, where the owners also live. There are no dogs.
One single space, independent bathroom, kitchen, a large wardrobe, 135 cm. bed, comfortable sofa, air conditioning for cooling and heating and all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay.
It has a water and electricity meter, the cost of utilities depends on consumption. Free Wifi.
The standard price for one person is €650 per month. An additional guest costs €50 more per month.
Payment in advance between the first and third days of each month. €650 deposit.
The house is delivered in perfect condition of cleanliness and working order. The house is thoroughly disinfected 24 hours before the guest’s arrival, following the established protocols for the prevention of COVID 19.
The accommodation period must end in the same condition. Additional cleaning during the stay €30, optional, upon request.
